Privacy Policy

This page describes the intended privacy principles for FluxPay and must be finalised against the data the live service actually collects.

Information handled

The service may process account details, contact information, identity-verification records, transaction references, device and security logs, and support communications as needed to operate accounts and prevent fraud.

Use and sharing

Information should be used only for service delivery, security, compliance and support. Payment providers, email providers and hosting vendors may receive the minimum information needed to perform their services. Never place passwords, full payment credentials, verification codes or unnecessary personal data in application logs.

Security and retention

Access should be restricted by role, and sensitive data should be protected in transit and at rest where appropriate. Retention periods, deletion requests and legal retention obligations must be documented by the operator.

Your choices and contact

Provide the operator’s verified privacy contact, applicable legal basis, retention schedule, data-subject rights and complaint route before production use. This template is not a substitute for a jurisdiction-specific privacy review.
